5 December | Christmas Wreath Making Evening, 7.15-9.30pm, The Appleby Rooms, Church St.

An evening full of the sights, sounds, and smells of Christmas! Join us for a relaxed night of creativity and festive atmosphere, with guided wreath making, cosy music, and festive refreshments. All materials and foliage are provided, along with Christmassy refreshments to enjoy as you create.

Places are limited to 30, and tickets are £10 to cover costs. Book your place and invite a friend to come along for a lovely start to the Christmas season!

7 December | Evening Carol Service, 7pm, Fonteyn Ballroom, DSU

Join us for an evening filled with festive joy as we sing carols, reflect on the Christmas story from Luke’s gospel, and celebrate the hope of Jesus’ birth together. Stay afterwards for festive refreshments and good conversation. We’d love to see you, your friends, and family there.

14 December | Morning Carol Service, 10.30am, Fonteyn Ballroom, DSU

Our Morning Carol Service brings the whole church family together to sing carols, enjoy Christmassy activities for the children, and explore the wonder of the Christmas story from Luke’s gospel. We’ll also enjoy some festive refreshments after the service! Come and share the morning with friends and neighbours – everyone’s welcome!

21 December | Family Nativity Service, 10.30am, Fonteyn Ballroom, DSU

Come and enjoy our fun, family-friendly Nativity Service. Children will take part in a short drama retelling the nativity story, complete with costumes and plenty of joy. This is a warm, welcoming service for all ages. We’d love you to join us!

25 December | Christmas Day Service, 10am, St Oswald’s Institute

Join us as we celebrate the birth of Jesus on Christmas morning. A short, joyful service for all ages as we rejoice in the good news of his coming.
